One thing you should know about me: I’m big on recycling and upcycling because I hate being wasteful. I always try to avoid it as much as I can, whether it be when I’m crafting, eating, or even jotting down notes. But especially when I’m crafting. I always jump at the chance to make scrap fabric projects and crafts that use up leftover yarn.
I don’t believe in leaving anything to waste. In my opinion, recycling is not an option; it’s a duty. But just because it’s a duty doesn’t mean it can’t be fun! Some of the best craft projects I’ve ever come across have been scrap fabric projects and crafts that reuse old T-shirts (not to mention one skein crochet patterns and other projects that use up extra yarn). Come to think of it, a lot of times I try to use as little material as possible with my primary projects so that I have enough leftover materials to make secondary projects.
