Welcome to #DoYouRemember on Cheap Eats & Thrifty Crafts!
We’re feeling nostalgic these days, thinking about the vintage crafts and old-fashioned recipes from yesteryear. Remember all the things you’d make with Mom and Grandma? While we’re still cooking and crafting, time goes on and trends change. Before you know it, years have passed! But seeing the first afghan you ever made or coming across one of Grandma’s old recipe cards can take you right back to another time. Our senses tend to remember the feel of yarn in our hands, or the smell of familiar food from so long ago. It’s almost like time traveling!
In celebration of those memories, we’re sharing our most nostalgic recipes and crafts all week long here on the blog.
Join the fun! We’d love if you shared your own memories, too! Use the hashtag #DoYouRemember all week long on Facebook and Twitter so we can see what you’ve got and share it with our readers. 🙂
